How it works: You pick the agent that takes over your task — for weclapp or for your ePages/STRATO shop. We configure it against your master data; nothing needs to be developed, the agents are ready. One is included in the monthly price, and further agents can be added for €99 per month at any time — and cancelled just as easily. Your documents and data are stored and processed on a local agent server at your own site — or, on request, on a hosted machine in the EU. For AI analysis, content is transmitted to Anthropic's language models — governed by a data processing agreement, without training on your data.

The weclapp Agent

Connects to your weclapp and takes over commercial routine work. You choose which of its tasks it should handle for you.

Sales Assistant

Scans your sales inbox, identifies inquiries and orders, creates the appropriate order or quote in weclapp, generates the order confirmation and prepares the customer reply as a draft. You review and send — nothing goes out without your approval.

Saves sales administration time per week; no inquiry gets lost in the shared inbox.

Best for: Companies with regular order intake via email who manage quotes and orders in weclapp.

Export Assistant

Prepares the electronic export declaration as a ready-to-use XML file for every shipment to a non-EU country — automatically from order and invoice data in weclapp. You review the file, upload it to the customs portal yourself and submit it with your own certificate.

Saves manual filling in the customs portal per export shipment.
Product boundary: The skill exclusively generates the XML. No direct submission to customs, no customs certification, no assumption of declaration liability. Legal responsibility remains with you — the effort is eliminated.

Best for: Companies with regular export shipments to non-EU countries looking to accelerate the ATLAS process.

The ePages Agent

Connects to your ePages/STRATO webshop (also IONOS, Hosteurope) and takes over shop routine work — especially valuable where the shop plan offers no API.

Order Assistant

Processes new shop orders automatically — generates invoice and delivery note, saves both as PDF, updates the order status and prints the delivery note.

Best for: Shop operators with multiple orders per day who manually create invoices and delivery notes.

Product Management Assistant

Changes prices, descriptions, images and attributes and creates new products with variants — instead of clicking through each product individually in the backend. Before every go-live you see a preview and approve.

No project quote, no per-call billing, no components billed separately. You pay for the setup once and a fixed monthly amount after that — the first agent is included.

For context: €299 a month is roughly half of what a part-time minimum-wage position costs in Germany — without employer contributions, holiday or sick leave. All prices are net, plus VAT.

What "fair use" means — in numbers

Included are 60 agent runs per month per agent, plus 40 for each additional agent. A run is one execution of the agent — whether scheduled or triggered by hand. An agent running twice per working day stays comfortably within that.

If it is consistently more, two things will not happen: we do not switch the agent off, and we do not automatically bill the difference. Instead, your consumption appears in the monthly report, and from the second month above the limit we talk about it — usually the agent can simply be configured to run more economically. If it stays higher, you choose between a larger tier and paying the excess at cost.

Not covered is any use of the agent environment outside the configured workflows — as a general-purpose chat or coding assistant, for instance, or by third parties.

Where the agent runs

The agent needs a machine of its own. As a rule you provide it yourself — usually a virtual machine in the environment you already run. That costs you nothing extra and is provisioned in an hour.

In every case we operate the machine for you. We install our own hardened operating system, keep it patched, monitor it and back it up. You do not have to look after anything — and for that reason you do not administer the machine yourself either. It is the same bargain as a managed firewall or phone system: you get a device that runs, rather than one you have to maintain.

The weclapp agent is built specifically for weclapp users. If you run an ePages/STRATO webshop, the ePages agent is the right choice. The two agents work independently of each other.

What does the agent do on its own, and what do I approve?

The agent prepares the work — creating an order, generating an export declaration or drawing up invoices, for example. Nothing is sent or published without your approval. You review and approve; the agent carries it out.

Is this GDPR-compliant?
